Why do we have a facebook only login?

We are only using a facebook login for various security and authenticity reasons, you need not worry; we will not share or post on your behalf. You can read our Privacy Policy to get further clarity.


Why do I need to complete the initiation mission?

You need to complete the initiation mission to get to know the platform and get used to it, you are also rewarded with SquadCoins for completing it.


How many missions can I sign up for at a time?

You can signup for maximum 'x' missions at a time where 'x' is the number of lives that you have! When you have reached your mission limit you can attempt next mission only when we’ve verified at-least one of your missions.


Is there a time limit for doing the missions?

We hate idlers and hence every mission has a preset time limit.

Missions not completed within the time limit are automatically rejected and the player loses a life. When you use Squadrun, time LITERALLY IS money.


What is the verification process?

Missions are verified within 48 hours. We use a very systematic process of verification and each mission is always verified within 48 hours of submitting it.


Image- We verify all the images you send us by checking the date & time stamp on them.


Relevancy of info- We have official players who have already completed the missions so we have a database of all the feasible solutions. Eg: If you’re asked to click photos of the menu of a restaurant- we have a database of the entire menu to validate your images.



Common reasons for rejection -


Contradictory responses - You need to read all the rules carefully and answer the questions according to the rules given. In missions where you are supposed to accept or reject a given entry, you cannot choose both the options.


Incomplete answers -

1. Kindly read the entire question before submitting your answers.


Example: ‘Which restaurant do you prefer- A or B and why?’

Mention the restaurant along with the reason for your choice.

Incorrect Answer - I prefer A.

Correct Answer - I prefer A over B because the food is cheaper, the ambiance is much better and the A plays the best music among all restaurants in the area.


2. In missions where you are supposed to categorize a given product, make sure you select ALL the relevant categories, selecting only one when the product actually falls into two categories will tantamount to an incomplete answer.



Incorrect/Irrelevant photo- Kindly read the instructions carefully before clicking pictures. Photos that do not meet our rules or are not genuine will be rejected and the player will be banned from the platform.

Why was my mission rejected? Please tell me exact reason.

Currently, we are working on building a framework where we can provide you with the exact reason why your mission was not accepted. Meanwhile, please refer to the rules provided because mostly, it is an error in following the rules. If you follow the rules carefully, your mission will surely get accepted.



What is re-attempt mode?

When you’ve put in a lot of effort into doing a mission but unfortunately, you have done it incorrectly, we sometimes put a mission on re-attempt to give you another shot at doing the mission correctly. When one of your missions is put on re-attempt, the missions can be picked up by any eligible player. You can only attempt it till it doesn’t get picked up by other players. When re-attempting a mission, you will get a new set of questions to answer. To re-attempt a mission, you will have to return to the home screen and locate the mission there.


NOTE - Certain missions are rejected directly instead of being put on re-attempt mode. In such cases, it will be explicitly mentioned in the rules. Please always read the rules very carefully! Also make sure you don't exceed the re-attempt limit for a mission i.e 3 times. If your mission is put on re-attempt, you will be allowed to do that mission again only thrice, exceeding to which you will get a notification that you have exceeded the limit and you may no longer see that mission.


How can I get my lives back?

You lose a life when your mission is rejected or timed-out. You can earn a life by getting 5 missions approved in a row. 


What is a bonus mission?

A bonus mission is just like any other regular mission except that you do not lose a life in case your mission is rejected. A bonus mission has the purple tag ( ) on it for you to identify it easily.


Why is my mission not approved yet?

All missions are reviewed and the results sent to you within 48 hours of you having submitted the mission. Although we try and review missions as quickly as possible, we keep a turnaround time of 48 hours for mission verification. We understand that this may be on the higher side but we are working on improving it further and bringing down the turnaround time.


I haven’t received the coupon code yet. What do I do? 

Once you redeem your SquadCoins, your request will be processed and the coupon code sent to your registered email id immediately. Make sure you check all your email folders before raising a ticket for it.

The Coupon and Cash cards (freecharge and Paytm) are dispatched immediately but if you choose to redeem the Gift (SquadRun Tees and Moto e), we will contact you for your details and then send the gift your way as soon as possible.


Why are there no onsite missions?

We currently do not have any onsite missions available but there will always be other exciting missions for you to do.


Why is my account banned?

Using multiple accounts on the same device results in the account being banned. We only allow one account per device.


Why are there no new missions?

You may not be seeing missions for the following reasons:
1. Your App is not updated
2. You have not successfully completed the 'Qualifier' or 'Bumper Missions'.
We constantly strive to get you as many exciting missions as possible, but sometimes a situation can arise where you have attempted all the mission on the platform. In such a case, all you need to do is wait for some time and we’ll get you new missions as soon as we can.


What does this mean - ‘mission attempt limit exceeded’?

At any given time, you can only attempt as many missions as you have lives left. If you have 3 lives, you can only attempt a maximum of three missions at a time and if all 3 of missions are under review, you will have to wait till at least 1 of them is verified and approved to be able to attempt the next mission.
