What is a ticket?

Whenever you have a query, something you need help with, you can send us a message with details regarding the same. This is called raising a ticket.


When to raise a ticket?

If you have a query that is not resolved even after you have referred to the FAQ provided, you can raise a ticket and we will respond to you promptly.


What details should I provide in the ticket?

Provide complete details regarding your problem - what went wrong and what you need help with. If it is regarding a particular mission, then add the mission details (mission name, mission id etc.) as well. Please be descriptive when raising a ticket, as it helps us help you better. “Not given” or “not working” is NOT detailed enough.


If you are having any issues with the app or have any doubt or suggestions that you want to share with us, please feel free to let us know. We’ll be happy to help you. At the same time, please make sure that you keep your tone calm and professional and you will always get the same from us. Tickets left with vulgar or threatening language will not be entertained and promptly closed and/ or deleted. All tickets left with a calm, professional tone will receive immediate support, as always!
